Our influences are drawn heavily from the Mediterranean cooking.

 Event food in the past typically has been quite limited. Heavily relying on the burger, hot dog & chips as it's staple.

​

So we wanted to bring the freshest, most flavoursome food to the masses. 

​

Whether it's grilled slabs of halloumi, traditional lamb kofte, or semi-cured chorizo, it's all fresh and delicious. 

​

We hand make our salads, pickles and sauce including our chimichurri salsa, minty yogurt and roasted pepper hot sauce.
